Some questions you might ask regarding the registration, and some answers:
- Is the event open to all?
The event is open to all, as long as you like reading!
- How much is the registration fee? How do I pay?
Registration fee is Php 150, paid upon entry. Cash payments only. For your convenience, please prepare exact change. :)
- Do I need to reserve my slot for the panels?
We have a pre-registration form for the panels, which you will get in another email soon after you register.
- What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?
We will post about transportation and parking on the website closer to the event date.
- What can/can’t I bring to the event?
Other than the usual no alcohol, weapons, or drugs, we also highly discourage bringing laptops, DSLRs, or any big equipment because. DLSU would require you to fill out an entry permit form, and there will be a lot of walking as we transfer to the break-out rooms and we don’t want you to be inconvenienced.
If you are a speaker, panelist, or session host, there will be laptops provided for your presentations. If you absolutely must bring one for your session, kindly contact the organizers on or before November 13 so we can assist you with your permit.
- Are walk-ins allowed?
Yes, but for your convenience, we highly encourage that you pre-register here so you won’t take too much time a the entrance in registering.
- Where can I contact the organizer with any questions?
Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or contact us on Twitter or Facebook.
